You need:
• 4-6 slices bacon
• 4 lg. white potatoes, peeled & cut in lg. cubes
• 1 bunch broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
• 3 carrots, cut in 1/2" slices
• 1 lg. onion, sliced
• 1 lb. pkg. smoked sausage, cut in 1/2" slices
Instructions:
Fry bacon until crisp; drain. Saute vegetables except broccoli in drippings, stirring frequently. Add broccoli and smoked sausage, 1 teaspoon salt and about 1 cup water. Cover, reduce heat and cook for about 12 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are done.
