You need:
• 4 beef flat iron steaks, about 7 ounces each
• 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
• 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
• Salt
Instructions:
Combine thyme, garlic, and pepper; press evenly onto flat iron steaks. Place steaks under broiler for 4-7 minutes on each side. During the last 2 minutes of broiling, sprinkle with cheese.
Season with salt, as desired.
