"Boogie is a local boy who grew up in Lincoln Park, Michigan and went off to college to get his "BA". After graduating he told his parents he wanted to be a Disc Jockey and not go into teaching. That didn't go over to well in the "Boogie" household.
After 14 years at "Honey Radio" doing afternoon drive, he left broadcasting to be a stay at home mom for his two girls Rachel and Ashley. Now that the girls are grown "Boogie" is back on the radio at 104.3 WOMC.
Now he enjoys the best of both worlds by being a DJ on the weekends and is a substitute teacher during the week.
